By contrast our furnished rental houses in Oundle are architecturally designed and built to be rustic, comfortable, and characterful and set within our own private estate in a honey stone Cotswold Market town.
Our Cambridge Apartment, at 24 Marlowe House, is available for 6-month short-term to long-term letting.
Many of our guests are working short-term locally or between homes, are corporate or domestic guests relocating from abroad, are on work contract at Molesworth, Alconbury, Lakenheath or Mildenhall bases. But whatever your reason for accommodation we have experience working with individuals, agencies, insurance companies and corporate companies.
Our Cambridge apartment is stylishly fully furnished, and high specification-equipped, so you can enjoy the very best facilities. Within the apartment there are gorgeous coffee table books, magazines & local guides to introduce you to Cambridge.
There is indoor access to the Gym facilities, car & bike parking, with bike & pedestrian access from the property directly onto cycle & footpaths beside the River Cam on Midsummer Meadow.

We want you to feel immediately at home so when you arrive we will greet you ourselves and show you around your apartment to make sure you know where everything is. As your Concierge Contact we will guide you through how to use the apartment’s exceptional room technology, audio system and heating for your comfort and pleasure. We will show you your Parking space & Bicycle park and introduce you to the on-site friendly Concierge Team for your deliveries and collections in Newton Court and show you the Gym facility room beside the Reception Desk.
