In designing the interior apartment we indulged our love of natural materials, textures and colour to enhance this sumptuous palladium style apartment. We have decorated it internally with glass, velvet, linen and oak high quality fixtures and fittings with beautiful textural flock wallpaper that enhances the 1920’s 1930’s Cambridge Blues thematic design.

The Apartment is on the first floor of Marlowe House at Cambridge Riverside built by the Berkeley Homes Group and is available for six months or longer on a Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement. The location is ideally suited for a short walk to the market square and Kings College. 

The sitting room has a grand relaxing sofa with a view on to Midsummer Meadow with access to the balcony. There is a dining table and chairs as well as three bar stools at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is very well stocked with utensils and pans and has an induction hob.

The master bedroom has a private balcony with chairs and the double bedroom has access to the balcony that curves the apartment.

A designated parking space is close to the gated bicycle park and there is underground access through the parking to Newton Court that has the Concierge Desk for deliveries and assistance, as well as pre-booking access to the Estate Gym.
